What is private catering?
Private catering is a customized event planning service that provides personalized menus, support with all additional services such as bar needs, rentals and decor, and of course the professional services of Chef Xavier Lacaze. Private catering allows you to create an intimate and unique experience for your guests that will be remembered long after the event is over.
Event location
We understand that each event is special and unique. That’s why our private catering services take place at the venue of your choice. Whether you have chosen a private home, an outdoor garden or a chic party venue, we will be there to make sure that your event is memorable and unique. Our team of professionals will provide customized planning and a French touch to make your event one-of-a-kind.
Pricing
• Cost per person depends on the menu of your choice. The typical range is $99 – $150/person
• Minimum commitment per event: $1,000

Xavier is just incredible! We had him in for a private event and the seafood tower was to die for, and priced exceptionally. I am celiac and he was so aware of allergens, I highly recommend for anyone with diet restrictions. Thank you Xavier for a wonderful and delicious evening!
